Maxime first joined the Acta Non Verba community as an interaction design student at California College of the Arts. Moved by the ability for farming, food, and community to connect, heal, and transform, he joined the board to help ensure ANV has what they need to do their best work.
Maxime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts. He works for BandLab Technologies as a Senior Product Manager, where he uses the skills he honed as a design student with ANV’s Tassafaronga community to learn from and connect with the people who use BandLab to make music.
He fully embraces his Bay Area roots through rock climbing, fanboying over the East Bay Regional Parks trails, playing saxophone and clarinet in various ensembles, and podcasting with the Warriors Huddle, a weekly Warriors podcast. For Maxime, Acta Non Verba is even more proof that the Bay Area — thanks to its special people and places — is the place for him to call home. He’s honored to have a seat around ANV’s proverbial table.
